terms of service

  • By commissioning me you confirm you are over 18 and have read and agreed to these terms of service

  • I will not draw the following subjects: extreme fetishes, sexual non-con, minors or minor-appearing in any suggestive way, beastiality, hate fueled or political works, highly detailed mechanical work

  • Payments are made up front, using Paypal. For other methods please ask! I'm open to most secure methods.

  • Upon submission of a commission request through the form, I will confirm any details needed and then send you an invoice for the fee. Once paid in full will begin work on your commission.

  • Commissions are completed within 1-30 days, if very large or extremely detailed may take longer, I will discuss with you in these cases.

  • WIP (work-in-progress) pictures WILL be sent to you to confirm you like the progress of the image, usually after the sketch stage and after flat colors are applied.

  • Changes to the piece must be requested during the WIP stages, only minor adjustments can be made after the image is completed

  • I retain full commercial and distrubution rights to any image I create, and retain all rights to the image. If you need to commission images for commercial use, please contact me! Happy to discuss terms.

  • The commissioner may use the image at any size for PERSONAL use only, excluding commercial uses unless established beforehand.

  • I may refuse a commission request for any reason without disclosing a reason why

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission in progress due to unprofessionalism, inappropriate or rude behavior. If cancellation occurs after the initial WIP, I will refund the amount deducted from the amount of work completed.

  • There are no refunds on completed work, as you will have approved it at every stage up to the final piece.

  • Any attempts to scam will be met with reporting & blacklisting.
